We do not participate in any insurance networks and do not deal directly with any insurance providers. However, we can create a superbill (invoice) for clients with out-of-network chiropractic coverage. The invoice can be submitted for possible reimbursement. We, unfortunately cannot guarantee reimbursement as every insurance plan is unique with varying coverage.

Our office accepts credit cards, cash, Apple Pay, FSA, and Venmo.

On your 1st visit to Compassion Chiropractic, we offer a complimentary spinal exam using state of art thermography technology to evaluate your spine condition and find out the root cause of your health problem. Upon complete study of your medical health history and spinal exam, the doctor might recommend you to take special Posture X-rays and 3D Cone Beam CT Imaging of the upper neck so that the doctor is able to analyze and study your spine from top to bottom. Please call us regarding the fee for the special Posture X-rays and 3D CT imaging. Your 1st visit appointment usually takes about 1 hour.

Your 2nd visit is the most important visit at our office, where you will sit down with our doctor to review all the significant findings from the Posture X-rays and 3D CT imaging. The doctor will give you his recommendations for care and the estimated cost. If you are ready to begin your treatment, you will receive your first adjustment on this visit.

We understand you are eager to get better and enjoy your normal life again, and that’s exactly our #1 goal in our office. Upon your 1st visit, we offer complimentary spinal exams, including detailed health history, a complete spinal exam, and take Posture X-Ray and 3D CT Imaging of the upper cervical spine. This appointment takes about 45 minutes.

After that, the doctor needs at least 3 hours to analyze the exam findings and then come up with a custom care plan. The first adjustment, or treatment of the spine, occurs on the 2nd appointment. Typically, that appointment is the following day or days after the first appointment.

In Special circumstances, a patient can receive a same-day adjustment. The patient can come in the morning for the 1st appointment to take all the exams. After that, the patients can come back in the afternoon for the 2nd appointment for their X-ray and CT report and the first adjustment.

Please give us 24 hours notice if you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you arrive very late for your scheduled time, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
